Delete it in the app
- Open the Dart's Detail app.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
Or ask us by email
Email dart@dartsdetail.com with the subject "Delete my account", from the email or phone number on your account. We'll confirm it's you and delete your account within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your profile: name, phone, email and profile photo.
- Your saved vehicles and addresses.
- Your chats and saved settings.
What we keep
- Receipts, payment records and detailer pay records, for as long as tax and accounting laws require.
- Inspection photos from past jobs, for as long as we need them to handle a damage claim.
If you have an upcoming booking or an unused gift card, please use or cancel it first, because deleting your account removes it.
