These terms cover your use of the Dart's Detail website, client app and detailer app. By booking a detail or using our apps, you agree to them.
Dart's Detail is a mobile car detailing business based in Framingham, Massachusetts. We come to you within our service area. Prices, services and service areas are shown in the app and can change.
You must be 18 or older to make an account. Keep your login to yourself and keep your contact details up to date. You're responsible for bookings made from your account.
Your detailer takes photos before and after every job and notes any damage that was already there. If you think something was damaged during your detail, tell us within 48 hours. We'll review the photos and make it right if it was our fault.
Not perfect? We make it right. If you're not happy with the work, tell us within 48 hours and we'll come back to fix it.
Gift cards are bought in the app and never expire. They can't be exchanged for cash, except where the law requires it.
Your ratings and reviews may be shown in our apps and on our website. We may share before and after photos of vehicles we've detailed.
Our detailers are employees of Dart's Detail. The detailer app, pay levels and job rules are covered by your employment paperwork, and these terms apply to your use of the app.
Don't misuse the apps, give false information, or harass our team or clients. We can close accounts that break these terms.
We take care with every vehicle. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for that detail.
We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the date at the top and let you know in the app for big changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts.
